Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Outdoorcheaper Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
